Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead strategic initiatives that make a real difference? We're looking for skilled project professionals to join our central Project Management Office (PMO) as part of a flexible, cross-functional resource team. In this role, you'll be assigned to projects across multiple departments and agencies, depending on organizational needs.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead small to mid-sized projects from startup through implementation using project management frameworks like Agile.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource assignments.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
Oversee communication and reporting structures to ensure alignment across teams and leadership.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Track project success metrics and ensure continuous improvement through lessons learned and quality assurance practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of project management experience.
Proficiency with project management tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience leading cross-agency or multi-team projects, especially in government or public sector environments.
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Ability to manage third-party vendors and align internal/external teams toward shared goals.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage priorities, work independently, and navigate complex organizational structures.
