Department Overview
We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer III with a strong technical background to analyze and transform data into actionable, meaningful, and measurable metrics that will be used to drive business decisions. Through alignment with key Business Stakeholders, this individual will support the initiatives Strategy & Analytics team by identifying key data sources, integrating them into data repositories, and transforming them into value-driven metrics and reporting - ensuring clear visibility of security posture across the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Implement and maintain end-to-end data dashboards and reporting capabilities - from the Market level to Executive Leadership
+ Work with service teams to support the delivery of accurate, consumable, trend driven data
+ Apply product knowledge and partner with business and technical service teams to deliver value
+ Gain a deep understanding of the various services and programs used to capture, ingest, and build data from
+ Develop insight into the priorities of the organization, ensuring alignment with metrics and reporting available
+ Use data solutions such as PowerBI to analyze the information being collected and identify areas to optimize or improve reporting outputs
+ Collaborate and build solid partner relationships that will build and support the success of the Strategy & Analytics team
+ Contribute to all aspects of the agile development life cycle, including design, development, documentation, and overall ways of working
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, Dats Science, or a related field
+ Programming experience with modern technology, programming language
+ Experience with Agile Product Management methods and terminology
+ Experience with PowerBI and other data transformation software, as well as capabilities to integrate data sources through API’s and other solutions
+ Basic knowledge of software development
+ Strong quantitative approach for building, maintaining, and delivering a successful customer experience
+ Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to engage business and technical teams, as well as markets across the globe

Salary Range
Salary Ranges-$129,800.00 - $165,490.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
