About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at our high-volume seafood restaurant. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned restaurant professional who's passionate about hospitality, loves seafood, and wants to build a career with a company that invests in its leaders. You'll be instrumental in maintaining exceptional service standards while driving financial performance and developing team members.

What You'll Do

Drive Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining our high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and organization

Lead Financial Performance: Manage P&L components, control food and labor costs, and drive top-line sales while meeting budgeted expectations

Develop High-Performing Teams: Train, coach, and mentor team members; create development plans and conduct performance evaluations

Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience: Resolve customer concerns with flawless recovery, create a welcoming atmosphere, and build brand loyalty

Maintain Standards: Enforce company policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards

Support Marketing Initiatives: Execute promotions, special events, and represent the brand at local events

Requirements

2+ years experience as FOH Manager or Assistant General Manager at a stand-alone, full-service casual dining restaurant with $2M+ annual volume

Must eat and enjoy seafood

Strong business/financial acumen with proven P&L management experience

Demonstrated success managing food and labor costs to target

High school diploma

Ability to reliably commute to South Houston Metro location

Available to work 50-55 hours per week

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Seafood cuisine experience

Track record of developing and promoting team members to leadership positions

Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems
