Responsibilities

Update legacy machinery specifications (xPSA and xFCA) into the current standard format.

Translate technical documentation for machinery specifications (primarily xFCA) from Italian to English.

Support the creation of new technical standards for upcoming plant installations.

Perform technical updates of current standards, integrating improvements, modifications, and missing data.

Ensure the accuracy and clarity of translated documents, especially regarding mechanical and stamping terminology.

Collaborate closely with plant teams and technical departments to gather missing information and validate standards.

Qualifications

Solid background in mechanical design

Press line knowledge

Knowledge of 2D modeling with Autocad

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe tools

Knowledge of technical terminology related to stamping machinery

Excellent English and Italian language skills (B2+); with the ability to translate technical content accurately.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset in identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
