Job Description

RESIDENTIAL ONLY 3rd Year Apprentice Plumber

Skillset:

Diagnosing and Repairing ODE: Ability to troubleshoot and fix common residential plumbing issues like leaky faucets, running toilets, clogged drains, and minor pipe leaks. Use tools like plungers, drain snakes, and pressure testers to identify problems and perform repairs under supervision, ensuring proper function and customer satisfaction.

Water Heater Maintenance and Repair: Proficiency in inspecting, flushing, and performing basic repairs on residential water heaters (gas or electric), such as replacing thermocouples, anode rods, or pressure relief valves. Understand safety protocols and local codes for water heater servicing.

Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with homeowners, explain issues and repair options clearly, and maintain a clean work area.

Employee Requirements:

· Must be willing to take and able to pass a background check

· Must have minimum 3 years of related work experience

· Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
