Responsibilities

Handle financial forecasting and reporting, tracking operational metrics to provide actionable insights

Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision-making processes

Run reports on financial performance and prepare materials for leadership reviews

Assess past financial results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement

Liaise with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Review financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts to identify discrepancies

Manage the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

Prepare analysis of financial trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

Requirements

5+ years of financial analyst experience

Property management background

Advanced budgeting experience

Excellent communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in Yardi and Excel (including pivots, lookups, and formulas)
