Job Description

We are seeking a talented Calibration and Localization Engineer (ADAS) to support the development and deployment of advanced driver assistance features. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ADAS algorithm development, vehicle integration, and calibration of perception and control systems. This role is critical in bridging the gap between model-based design and real-world vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and calibrate localization and control algorithms for ADAS features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), and Automated Parking Assistance (APA).

Integrate and validate ADAS algorithms with at least one sensor modality (camera, radar, lidar) in vehicle platforms.

Utilize MATLAB/Simulink for model-based design, simulation, and development of ADAS features and state machines.

Conduct vehicle-level testing, tuning, and debugging to ensure performance aligns with functional and safety KPIs.

Support issue resolution related to embedded deployment and contribute to root-cause analysis efforts during development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers, software developers, and test engineers to deliver high-quality ADAS features.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Computer, Software, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of relevant ADAS algorithm development experience (with Master’s degree) or 5+ years (with Bachelor’s degree).

Hands-on experience working with at least one ADAS sensor system (camera, radar, or lidar).

Proven industry experience contributing to the development of at least one ADAS feature.

Proficiency in model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink, including implementation of feature state machines.

Experience in vehicle integration, algorithm deployment, calibration, and achieving performance KPIs.

Strong background in control systems theory and practical application in ADAS functions.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with Vector tools (CANape, CANoe) for calibration and debugging.

Knowledge of embedded software development using C/C++.

Understanding of automotive software development standards such as ASPICE.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in structured problem-solving methodologies.

Why Join Us?

Work on cutting-edge ADAS technologies in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Be part of a team focused on shaping the future of safe and autonomous mobility.
