PM Sous Chef Park City Club – Dallas, TX

What You’ll Do:

Support and collaborate with our Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations

Lead all evening kitchen production from a la carte service to banquets

Create seasonal menus and daily chef features

Maintain five-star standards in taste, plating, and execution

Train and mentor, a skilled, long-tenured culinary team

Oversee inventory and cost controls with precision

Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Culinary degree preferred, but passion speaks volumes

Experience in fine dining, private clubs, or boutique hotel kitchens

A strong understanding of high-volume banquet production

Proven ability to lead, mentor, teach, and build team morale

Excellent palate, plating sensibility, and attention to detail

Set elevated standards and keep them there

Solid understanding of food cost control, ordering, and inventory systems

Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Positive, collaborative attitude and professional demeanor

Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish a plus)
