Description of the role:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Kansas City Hyundai in Merriam, Kansas, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with customers, and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs

Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs

Schedule service appointments and manage work ordersRequirements:

Prior experience in automotive service or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitaskBenefits:
