Lead Database Administrator
Responsibilities:
Implements and maintains the process for tracking and logging all pertinent aspects of the database process to include tasks, modifications, installations, backups, unusual occurrences, etc., with traceability.
Designs high availability database management system architectures and implements long-term capacity planning to maximize performance for all database components.
Requirements:
Must have at least 10 years' experience and SME on MS SQL 2016+, cube development and BI work in the Microsoft BI stack (Analysis Services and Reporting Services) is required.
Direct experience implementing and managing MS SQL Server 2016 High Availability.
Experience on one of the following systems required: TAMIS, SAAS-MOD, GCSS-A, GCSS-MC, OIS-MC Tactical, FMSWeb, AOS or WebAmmo. BS in Computer Science or other IT field.
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Candidates must be located in the DC Metro area and able to be on-site for meetings as necessary
