Position is located 5 days in the Itasca, IL office.
Position Overview:
The Sr. Salesforce (SFDC) Developer role provides hands-on software development and technical leadership across the Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc. (MHCA) US SFDC platforms, both by building solutions and providing technology guidance that brings efficiency and improved customer experience to our organization. In addition, this position will assist in using various tools to execute and build on our SalesForce Platform systems.
As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for development, configuration, reporting, provide training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the MHCA Salesforce platform(s). To accomplish this, you will partner closely with IT, Sales Teams, Customer Service Teams, Credit, Operational Support teams and other teams to understand business needs and provide automated solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as technical lead for SFDC projects and provide technical leadership to other MHCA IT employees.
Serve as the enhanced subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include development, testing, and support software implementations, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements to SFDC and other key business applications
Review, analyze and evaluate business requirements to design the most appropriate technology solutions
Present potential technical solutions to MHCA leadership and business leaders on the technical and business value of proposed solutions
Keep up to date on latest technologies, standards, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment in financial services
Ability to excel in a performance-driven, fast-paced, and competitive atmosphere and thrive in challenging environments and enjoy juggling competing priorities
Must be creative, curious, and energized when designing and executing process optimization
Handle other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned or needed.

The incumbent must understand, abide and uphold the system of internal controls related to the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, including SOX and COBIT compliance.
Qualifications:Key Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in commercial leasing, and/or other financial application systems.
Equipment Finance knowledge would be a bonus.
At least 10 years of experience with software design and development, and application integration.
At least 10 years of experience with database design and SQL fluency (i.e., strong SQL/T-SQL skills)
5+ years of Salesforce.com administration and customization
5+ years working on the implementation of the Salesforce.com application.
3+ years of experience in .NET (preferably C#) programming
Advanced level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (Develop Enhanced Code, Custom Objects, Visual Force Pages, Reports, Apex, Workflows and Assignment Rules)
One or More SFDC Certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer.
SFDC Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications
SFDC Developer and Developer II Certification
Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce Platform using Apex Programming Language and Visual Force
Develop software solutions using MS tools, Salesforce.com API Framework, and 3rd Party API’s
Expertise with Pardot Any Marketing automation tool, CONGA and AppExchange products.
Expertise with Salesforce Partner Communities, Lightning Process Builder, and Visual Flows
Proficient in writing Clean, Solid Readable Code
Experience with implementation/delivery of APIs and micro services in a windows environment using ASP.NET and IIS.
Experience with version control systems such as GIT or Mercural.
Ability to reason about complex problems and provide clear solutions.

Working Hours/Travel Requirements:
Hours may vary and will require some evening work; frequently it requires working 40-45 hours/week depending on business needs.

Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move from one office location to another

The position is (exempt) and the salary will be between $125,000.00 and $145,000.00 with an opportunity to earn (a discretionary annual bonus).
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience and education.
