Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedEnterprise Software Sales Representativeto join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing strategic accounts within mid-size to large enterprises. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, helping them understand how Aicadiums AI-powered solutions can solve complex operational challenges and drive transformative outcomes. This role offers a competitive base salary along with a performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level organizations
Conduct strategic, solution-oriented sales conversationsto uncover pain points and align Aicadiums AI software solutions with business objectives
Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure
Partner with internal technical and product teams to tailor solution demonstrations and proposals to client needs
Maintain a strong, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Represent Aicadium at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Must be available to travel internationally for on-site client engagements, which may comprise up to 50% of the role.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally with AI/ML, SaaS, data analytics, or digital transformation solutions
Proven track record of selling into large organizations and navigating complex deal cycles
Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for senior executives (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, etc.)
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have:
Experience selling AI or ML solutions or working with data science/technical stakeholders
Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and long-cycle solution sales
Background in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and transportation
