Overview:

Spokenote is seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and closing sales opportunities while building long-term relationships with clients.What You’ll Do:

Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to present the value of our software.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities in the CRM system (Hubspot).

Collaboration: Transition sales opportunities into closed deals and seamlessly handoff new customers to the customer success team.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach and value propositions.

Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our software’s features and benefits, demonstrating its value to prospective clients.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, ongoing outreach efforts, and pipeline status to the sales manager.Who You Are:

Proven track record in carrying a quota and closing sales (experience in startup SaaS or technology sales is expected).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.

Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.

Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions to non-technical audiences.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree required, in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
