We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who is ready to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing efforts with sales operations to improve customer acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement marketing strategies to support sales objectives

Develop promotional materials and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels (excluding social media)

Work closely with the sales team to track leads, assist in client communications, and maintain CRM records

Organize client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for internal review

Conduct market research to support new campaigns and strategies

Assist in planning and executing local events and promotional initiativesQualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or a similar role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience working with CRM tools and reporting software is a plus

Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
