We are in search of an CSR Admin to support Sales Office departments. As a CSR Admin, you will provide administrative clerical support and is a team member in the interactions and interface between customers, field sales team and operations support to ensure excellent service and overall customer satisfaction. Provides clerical assistance in order processing and inventory management.

Ideal schedule is Monday â Friday 8am-5pm with some Saturdays (Peak Season)

What will you do: Offer Great Customer Service and Attention to Detail on Orders!Do you enjoy Customer Service? As a CSR Admin, youâ ll have the opportunity to support the team with clerical, sales, and customer support.

CSR Admin Top responsibilities:

• Point of Contact for Customers receiving sales orders and invoicing

• Customer account Set-up, Updates, and processing invoices

• Support sales, Clerical and other departments as needed.

CSR Admin and requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Proficiency with computers to intermediate level utilizing Microsoft Windows, Windows applications, and ERP order entry systems. JD Edwards practice and process training will be provided.

• Knowledge of mathematical concepts and the ability to apply such concepts as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical application with accuracy

The ideal schedule is Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with some Saturdays during Peak season.

Compensation: $20-23 DOE
