Position Summary: This dual-hatted role combines operational analysis with Personnel Recovery (PR) expertise.
You’ll design and execute PR scenarios during exercises, capture performance data, and develop focused after action reviews to enhance joint PR capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control PR events: scenario design, radio prep, rescue vest loading.
Monitor and capture PR event data; analyze performance against objectives.
Develop PR focused AAR products and trend analyses.
Coordinate with Army planners to integrate PR scenarios into overall exercise flow.
Maintain PR systems documentation (CDRS, PRMS) and JP 3-50 compliance.
Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance.
Background as Rescue Aircrew, Pararescueman, SERE Specialist, or Combat Rescue Officer.
Familiarity with PR doctrine, TTPs, and related software tools.
Strong coordination, facilitation, and technical writing abilities.
