Position Summary: The Joint Program Liaison & Operations Analyst will serve as Threat Tec’s primary interface with the 57 OG and 549 CTS at Nellis AFB, ensuring synchronized exercise planning and execution for GREEN FLAG events.

You will coordinate across Air Force and joint stakeholders, manage critical planning documentation, and support real-time operational analysis to drive mission success.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with 57 OG/549 CTS operational planning teams to develop and refine Mission Area Annex Plans (MAAPs) and pre-exercise briefs.

Compile and distribute planning conference minutes; coordinate tanker and visiting unit scheduling.

Facilitate data collection during live exercises and prepare inputs for after action review packages.

Maintain and update exercise trackers, issue status reports, and escalate risks.

Support ATO/SPINS/AOD production as required.

Qualification

Active Secret clearance with no adverse actions in past 5 years.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as USAF ALO, Military Aircrew member, JTAC, or equivalent.

Excellent written and oral communication; strong stakeholder management.

Proficient with MS Office, CPCE, and exercise management tools.
