Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) / Ground Track Manager (GTM)

Position Summary: In this combined JICO/GTM role, you will configure and operate the ASOC Gateway, manage Link 16/SADL interfaces, and ensure accurate tactical data-link track management for joint exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

Publish OPTASKLINK messages and configure Link 16/SADL network interfaces.

Load COMSEC keying material and inject J-series messages.

Capture and report link performance metrics for AAR.

Maintain gateway software and hardware readiness.

Coordinate with joint data-link stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance.

Experience as an ASOC Digital Gateway Operator or JICO.

Proficiency in JMTOP procedures and FAA link-operation mandates.

Strong technical troubleshooting and systems integration skills.
