Position Summary: As the AOMSW SME, you will enable naval integration events by providing maritime strike expertise, coordinating with Navy units, and leading planning and debrief support for surface warfare scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate AOMSW events with U.S. Navy agencies; serve as RTO at NAS North Island.

Lead mission planning, Sparkle, SSC, SCAR, and LRMS debrief analyses.

Draft MOAs/MOUs and contribute to trend analysis inputs for AARs.

Interface with joint doctrine guides on DMO, Littoral Ops, and Agile Combat Employment.

Maintain maritime ops planning documentation.

Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance.

Minimum 5 years’ naval SUW experience; knowledge of DMO, Littoral Ops, and ACE.

Proficiency in JLENS, LRMS, and related maritime strike systems.

Excellent coordination and technical writing skills.
