We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, sales activities, and business performance reporting.
This role is key to ensuring that all departments run smoothly, efficiently, and align with company goals.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities across operations, sales, reporting, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Operations Management Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and monitor systems, processes, and workflows for smooth internal operations.
Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
Handle procurement, logistics, and inventory management when applicable.

Sales Management Support the sales team in achieving targets and generating leads.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipelines, and customer trends.
Assist in creating and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Maintain relationships with key clients and support account management.

Reporting & Data Analysis Generate regular performance, sales, and financial reports for management review.
Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas.
Develop dashboards and tracking tools to monitor business performance metrics.

Team & Leadership Supervise and support team members across departments as needed.
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

General Administration Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Manage business documents, contracts, and operational records.
Coordinate company meetings, schedules, and events as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience in operations, sales, or business management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Can work independently and take initiative in improving processes.
30,000 monthly salary plus allowance and incentives.
