Job Summary

Part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, on-going support to the business. Assists with infrastructure project assignments. Helps plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Helps provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support and configuration. Helps manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems. Monitors system performance and installs and configures hardware. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices.

What you'll do:

Manage and support mobile device management tools and processes effectively as a Mobile Infrastructure Engineer.

Implement and maintain Workspace ONE (AirWatch) for device management and ensure optimal performance and security.

Utilize Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for mobile device administration and configuration.

Provide support and troubleshooting for Apple iOS devices and applications to ensure seamless user experience.

Assist with the management and support of Android OS devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline processes for mobile application development and deployment, focusing on infrastructure needs.

Design and implement mobile infrastructure solutions to enhance the efficiency and security of mobile device management.

Monitor and analyze mobile device performance and security metrics to proactively address issues within the MDM environment.

What We are looking for:

Infrastructure Engineer Associate (SG5):

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience: No additional experience is required.

An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Infrastructure Engineer (SG6):

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nice-to-have:

Experience:

Strong experience with mobile device management tools and processes.

2+ years of technical experience administering Workspace ONE (AirWatch).

1+ years of technical experience implementing and administering Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

2+ years of experience in deploying and managing large Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments.

Strong knowledge and experience with Apple iOS and devices.

Good knowledge and familiarity with Android OS and devices.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines with mobile applications.

Prefer candidate to live within 50 miles of Columbus, OH

What you'll get:

Infrastructure Engineer Associate (SG5): $61,647- $77,057

Infrastructure Engineer (SG6): $72,380.00-$90,474
