We are currently looking to fill a Senior Regional Sales Manager position that will be based in Fresno, California. Prior knowledge of agricultural sales experience is preferred.

Senior Regional Sales Manager Position Description:
Direct Reports: Sales Managers as dictated
Key contacts: Director, North American Sales, Commercial Director, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Operations
Key Performance Indicators
Responds to customer requests within 24 hours, if not sooner
Maintains and grows existing customers within assigned territory, utilizing the 90 day no contact report as a minimum guideline
Prepares weekly sales plan to address any market needs
Prepares pricing and proposals with CPQ/SF and other tools as needed in a timely manner
Submits Bi-Weekly Sales reports Second/Fourth Thursday of each month
Regularly visits competitive/target accounts to gain insights/submit proposals as needed
Completes all projects/reports/customer support by applicable deadlines
Key Accountabilities
Achieves sales goals by calling on assigned accounts through effectively negotiating, quoting and closing the sale of Sinclair labelling and equipment products at or above target profitability
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
Analyze regional market trends and adjust strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to align regional efforts with company-wide initiatives.
Proactively sales the Sinclair value to all existing and potential customers
Cultivates, maintains, and grows account relationships with assigned customer base
Cultivates, maintains, and grows account relationships with target accounts within assigned territory
Supports the NA Sales team on achieving their goals and KPIs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists NA Sales Director with monthly SOP forecasts, budgets, annual sales meetings, and leading the Sales Team.
Demonstrates continual success in maintaining assigned accounts and pursuing and securing new accounts.
Effectively negotiates pricing along with ongoing contractual agreements.
Utilizes strong product knowledge to provide consultative sales advice and to resolve customer questions and concerns.
Coordinates, prepares and distributes sales quotations / proposals along with marketing materials to current and to target sales leads.
Coordinates, and distributes Sinclair renewal contracts to current customers and target customers.
Tracks and maintains leads and requests, competitive information, pertinent industry information, logs sales calls, prepares weekly call schedule, using Salesforce.
Assists in preparation of annual sales plans and budgets.
Keeps management apprised if key issues, program evaluations, competitive activities and market conditions to maximize opportunities.
Recommends changes to be made in our products, services, and policies to management based on In-Field feedback and observations.
Assists in marketing research activities as needed.
Travels throughout assigned territory; participates in trade shows, industry and customer events.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Ensures Sales Managers meet annual KPI’s, key accountabilities and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Masters in Business, Marketing or related field
Experience
3+ years of outside sales experience
5+ years Outside Sales
2+ years managing sales
Skills
Strong computer skills including good proficiency in MS Office; experience is using CRM tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience using consultative selling techniques to build customer trust
Strong presentation skills along with effective, professional and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Salesforce experience

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings, weekends and overnight travel based on company and customer
