Job Description

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a newly developed apartment community in Jarrell, TX to hire a dedicated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant.

This brand-new residential community offers modern living spaces and quality amenities to residents in the fast-growing Jarrell area. As part of the on-site team, you will help shape the resident experience and play a key role in supporting the success and growth of the community.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting both prospective and current residents with all aspects of the leasing process. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and provide information about available units, pricing, lease terms, and community policies.

Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.

Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain organized records of leasing activity, tenant communication, and compliance documentation.

Assist current residents by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and processing maintenance requests.

Contribute to outreach and marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain occupancy goals.

Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a similar administrative role is required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with property management software (such as Yardi or AppFolio) and MS Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or business administration is a plus.Company Description
