Currently, we have an Office Administrator opportunity with a leading real estate technology company. The Office Administrator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Managing various aspects of transactions, including data entry, handling earnest money (checks), scanning documents, following up with agents or staff regarding missing items or changes, and ordering signs.
Supporting the Manager with onboarding new sales associates by educating them on office equipment, transaction processing, and other systems.
Providing consistent support in processing all sales and purchase transactions.
Completing branch accounts payable and receivable tasks, obtaining necessary approvals, and submitting them to the Accounting Department.
Overseeing all office administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, filing, and ensuring the general upkeep and repair of the office.
Monitoring agent licensing status and ensuring compliance by submitting renewals to the Licensing Department.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of administrative experience in a customer-focused environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate commissions.
Pay Rate Range: $21.47 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
