General Scope of Position:

The main responsibility of the Sales Administrator Group is to build and maintain the relationship between the Company and our Customer base to keep their business as well as facilitate and manage the Internal Actions required to support the Outside Sales Group to grow our business. They serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in selling in a B2B environment.

Experience in a technical sales capacity/engineering preferred but not required.

Have the ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent time management skills.

Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Should be knowledgeable in the use of CRM software solutions.

Prominent organization and presentation skills.

Highly energetic and self-starter.

Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.

Should be honest, assertive and systematic.

Job Responsibilities:

Sefar Inc. employees are responsible for the quality of their work through understanding and fulfilling our customer's requirements.

In conjunction with Sefar Territory Management and Market Manager Groups, develop and enact a Top Line Growth Strategy to meet monthly and annual targets.

Understanding customer requirements and provide sales support.

Enhance Sefar share with current accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.

Coordinate with Sefar Order Management Team regarding Order Entry, maintenance and follow up activity; ensuring order accuracy.

Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.

Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Accurately capture and complete information in Sefar Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities i.e. training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.Company Description
