Telephone Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Telephone Sales Representative to make outbound calls and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.

Provide product/service information and answer inquiries in a clear and concise manner.

Qualify leads and identify customer needs.

Follow up on sales leads and convert them into closed deals.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a telephone-based role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
