Position Summary:

Are you a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor ready to take your leadership to the next level? We’re looking for a Full-Time Clinical Director to help lead, mentor, and empower our growing team of mental health professionals at our expanding Silver Spring office.

Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Director will report to the CEO. The position requires a professional and pleasant demeanor, committed work ethic, distinct verbal, and good human relations skills. The Clinical Director will be responsible for but not limited to:

Oversight of and management of assigned supervisees (minimum of 5 supervisees)

Providing administrative and clinical supervision on a weekly basis to direct supervisees (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC) pertaining to service delivery, documentation submission etc.

Maintaining documentation of provided supervision sessions

Administrative auditing of client charts for compliance with COMAR regulation, agency policy and procedures & insurance standards

Conducting annual performance evaluations, needed corrective action, and related activities

Conducting quality note review for direct supervisees monthly

Completion of administrative clinic discharges for assigned supervisees

Overseeing intake meetings, assignment of clients, and clinical case meetings

Maintaining working knowledge of mental health treatment models and DSM 5 diagnostic criteria

Working independently, yet collaboratively as a team player across department lines within HTS Services, LLC

Conducting monthly group supervision

Reconciling clinician activity reports

Case reassignments for caseload of terminated/resigned supervisees includes audit of charts as well timely reassignment of cases

Conduct the interview and hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience including a comprehensive, detailed and engaging onboarding process.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

· Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent) and an approved supervisor in Maryland.

· Two years of Senior Management experience with a proven track record in mental health.

· A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities, clinical best practices, and ethical standards.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

· CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment).
