Barnsco Texas is looking for a motivated and energetic Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident with face-to-face interactions, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow within a well-established company in the construction supply industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers, take orders in person or by phone, and ensure on-time delivery

Support outside sales reps with exceptional service and order accuracy

Recommend additional products to help customers complete their projects

Maintain a clean, organized showroom and a strong knowledge of our product lines

Manage open orders, special orders, returns, and fabrication inputs

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers

Promote Barnsco’s full line of products and services with pride

What You Bring to the Table:

High School Diploma or GED (required)

1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)

Strong communication skills—in person and over the phone

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Highly organized, efficient, and dependable

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Strong problem-solving and time management skills
