Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems, along with a valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic. Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.

This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across a range of environments. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding the nature of the work and any necessary follow-up.

Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Collaborate with dispatch and office staff for job coordination and updates.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with residential HVAC systems (required).

Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems (preferred).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

EPA certification and/or relevant HVAC licenses (preferred or required depending on state/local regulations).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (rooftops, crawlspaces, etc.).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
