Bilingual CSR (HR) MUST SPEAK FRENCH OR SPANISH - Multiple

Job Description

Pay: $15-$21/hr to start!

2-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm Onsite!

Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide accurate and timely information to customers, utilizing databases and various resources to retrieve and verify details.

Responsible for following detailed instructions and applying strong organizational skills to ensure clear, efficient, and accurate communication.

Additional duties include demonstrating patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills while maintaining a professional tone and managing calls with speed and precision.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment required.

Proficient in multiple operating systems, including Windows, DOS, and Mainframe, required.

Experience with PC software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Lotus Notes, required.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or French required.

Experience in Human Resources preferred.Company Description
