What You’ll Do:

Greet prospects and residents with warmth and professionalism.

Conduct guided tours, showcasing community features and promoting available residences.

Process applications, renewals, and leasing documents accurately and efficiently.

Address inquiries and service requests while maintaining follow-up communications via phone, email, and in-person.

Maintain resident and applicant data using leasing software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and community policies.

Collaborate with your team to achieve occupancy goals and deliver a luxurious living experience.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 6+ months of experience in leasing within the property management sector.

Fair Housing Certification (within the past 2 years).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Proficiency in property management software preferred (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).

Reliable transportation and weekend availability are required.

Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.
