Job Summary

Our client is a leading provider of technology solutions and services for legal and financial professionals within corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and mass tort case management.

They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent who is fluent in Portuguese and English to support our growing client base. As a key point of contact, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist clients with questions related to legal and financial processes. This position is remote and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding case status, legal notices, deadlines, and claim submissions.

Document all client interactions thoroughly in internal systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity.

Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including call handling, resolution time, and quality assurance standards.

Follow scripts and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is required.

1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or legal/financial background a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and multitasking.

Availability to work shifts that may align with different time zones, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
