As the entry level Client Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients and customers alike to bolster brand awareness in the community and in turn drive sales revenue. Client Support Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to promote our clients’ brand, products and services
Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries
Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement
Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPI’s to maximize sales and drive revenue
Adhere to our clients’ compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
Drafts, organize and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Specialists to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills
We are committed to seeing our entry level Client Support Specialists succeed, so we provide the necessary tools and resources to thrive within our company. Each entry level Client Support Specialist receives in-house training from our Senior Client Account Management team. This is an entry level role, so no experience is required to apply.
Desired skills and qualifications for the entry level Client Support Specialist include:
0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Eager to improve current skills
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally
Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers and teammates
Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus!
