1ST SHIFT CHERRY PICKER NEEDED

9:00am-6:00pm M-F

$19 per hour

Romeoville warehouse is looking for a dependable and experienced Cherry Picker Operator to join our team. This is an order picking role, so your main tasks will involve using the forklift to retrieve items from warehouse shelves for shipment and helping package and label them for order fulfillment. Other tasks include keeping track of inventory changes, completing daily production reports, and manually moving the material.

Cherry Picker Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Use a cherry picker forklift to place and remove large cabinets from high shelves

Package and label items for shipment

Keep track of shipments and product relocations within the warehouse

Use a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to elevate workers so they can check inventory

Follow all safety regulations

Assist with other tasks as needed, including loading and unloading delivery trucks

WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO HEAVY LIFTING AS PART OF THE POSITION

Cherry Picker Operator Requirements and Qualifications

Six or more months of experience operating a cherry picker or forklift

MUST BE OPEN TO MANUAL LABOR AND HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 50 LBS.

Hand-eye coordination

Physical stamina required
