**Position:** Driver/Salesperson

**Job Description:**

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for healthy living and sales? MI-Grow is seeking a Driver/Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our premium microgreens to customers and local markets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver microgreens to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.

- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

- Assist with the setup and sales at local farmers markets.

- Keep accurate records of deliveries, sales, and customer interactions.

- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

**Requirements:**

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for healthy eating and knowledge of microgreens is a plus.

- Sales experience preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Hourly pay with compensation for deliveries and commission for sales. We expect you will be one of the higher paid employees with the company, If you put in the effort, passionate about sales and good with people.

Our market is currently wide open, and we need you. You will be driving either a refrigerated van, one of our SUV or one of yours with compensation.

All trainees start at $11 per hour, you will be given your first review in 3 months, at which point we will renegotiate, and we will do this every 6 month after your initial review.

You will be dealing with Distributors, grocery, residential and some of the top Chefs in our area and potentially the world. Reliability, loyalty, respect and professionalism, plus a sprinkling of innovation, and a drive to succeed.
