2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Job Description

Growing manufacturing company in Wingate, NC is looking for a Production Supervisor for their second shift operation! This company manufactures products that go into a wide variety of industries.You will manage approximately 25 production associates on the night shift. You will lead the training of employees as the company grows and adds to the workforce. You will work closely with the lead operator to keep track of any production delays or issues as they arise. You will also work closely with the Plant Manager and meet daily to discuss production goals and upcoming orders.

Hours:

Monday- Friday, 2 PM - 11:30 PM

Requirements:

Must have proven success managing a production staff: department management, shift management, team management, etc.

Hands-on experience leading a manufacturing plant is needed.

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Prior experience improving efficiencies and quality

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plusCompany Description
