Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule Service and Installation work
Dispatch and coordinate with customers
Assist with all division tasks
Invoice
Contract reviewing
Maintain Contract job files and all necessary documents
Communicate and assist with customers
Data Entry
Inventory Control
Requirements:
Must be competent with Microsoft office, excel, outlook, accounting software
Previous experience in administrative position
Ability to multitask
Strong Organizational skills and quick learner
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter, goal driven, requires minimal or no supervision
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass Pre-employment drug screen and background check
