Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager at Securify is a hands-on leadership role responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining all aspects of our Mountain View warehouse operations. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, supplies, and equipment for both internal teams and client projects. The Warehouse Manager will design and implement systems for inventory control, safety, and efficiency; coordinate closely with field technicians, department heads, and office staff; and uphold the highest standards of organization and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Warehouse Systems: Design and establish efficient systems for inventory management, storage, and workflow to maximize space utilization and productivity.

Maintain Organization and Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure accurate tracking and organization of both general and client-based inventory, including regular audits and reconciliations.

De-Inventory and E-Waste Management: Lead the de-inventory process, manage e-waste disposal in compliance with environmental regulations, and maintain proper documentation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Order Processing Manager and Assistant to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Shipping, Receiving, and Returns Stations: Coordinate with the Order Processing Manager to set up, maintain, and keep the shipping and receiving station, as well as the returns and eBay stations, clean and orderly. Ensure these areas are organized for efficient workflow, with all necessary supplies and equipment easily accessible, supporting optimal throughput and accuracy.

Safety and Compliance: Institute and enforce Cal/OSHA safety standards, maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and ensure all staff are trained in safety protocols.

Tech Training Areas: Collaborate with department heads to set up and maintain tech training areas within the warehouse, ensuring these spaces are organized, safe, and equipped for hands-on learning.

Office Equipment & Supplies Coordination: Coordinate with the Office Manager to maintain and organize office equipment, cleaning supplies, food, drinks, and other office-related items stored in the warehouse, ensuring easy access and proper inventory levels.

Daily Operations: Collaborate closely with field technicians to ensure efficient allocation and replenishment of supplies and materials. Oversee the proper check-in, organization, and restocking of items returned to the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting seamless field operations.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes, implement best practices, and utilize warehouse management software for operational efficiency.

Client Inventory Management: Ensure client-specific inventory is organized, secure, and accessible, meeting contractual and service level requirements.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain inventory, safety, and operational reports as required.
