We are looking for an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeper/AP/AR/Payroll/General Ledger Accountant to work in our Accounting Department.

MUST HAVE SAGE EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

Process weekly employee payroll

Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment

Bank Reconciliation,

Process and post customer payments to accounts

Pay invoices and process outgoing payments in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

Review and entering of Vendor Invoices

Accounts Receivable duties including entering of cash receipts, forwarding monthly statements, maintaining customer's accounts and payments

Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment issues

Qualifications:

SAGE (MAS100)

Previous experience in accounting, A/P, A/R, Payroll Processing

Proficiency in financial accounting tools

Experience with IRS and Payroll Taxes

Detail and deadline-oriented

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
