What We Offer:

Pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience

Full-Time Role: Stable hours and consistent work

Your Responsibilities:

Unclog mainlines and repair/replace toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and fixtures

General maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, roofing, and light electrical work

Respond to tenant work orders and maintain high property standards

What You Bring:

At least 3 years of experience in plumbing or maintenance

Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and your own tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
