Do you love connecting with people, making great first impressions, and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a positive, energetic Leasing Consultant to join our awesome team in Tempe! If you’re ready to help people find their perfect home and bring good vibes to a fun, fast-paced work environment—we want to meet you!

As the face of our community, you’ll lead property tours, assist with leasing and renewals, and support residents with a smile—whether in person, by phone, or email. You’ll work closely with your team to meet occupancy goals while making every interaction feel friendly and professional.

We’re looking for someone who has:

At least 6 months of leasing or property management experience

A Fair Housing Certification (within the last year)

Great communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude

Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar leasing software (a plus!)

Reliable transportation and weekend availability

Bonus points if you’re bilingual in English & Spanish!
