Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Landscape Foreman. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in our fast-paced environment. As a Landscape Foreman, you will lead a team to efficiently and effectively complete assigned projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage a team of 2-3 laborers to complete assigned projects on time and to specification.

Plan and oversee the installation of various landscaping elements, including sprinkler systems, pavers, topsoil, landscape lighting, and sod.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of landscaping experience

Experience in managing a team of laborers preferred.

Proficiency in planning and installing a range of landscaping features, including sprinkler systems, pavers, topsoil, etc.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (80+ lbs.) and general labor duties.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage: $27-32/hour.
