Job Description
We are seeking a Guardian Representative to join our team! You will have direct oversight of client cases and assist with coordination of services for the clients needs.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients and service providers to ensure clients needs are met.
Make necessary medical and/or financial decisions on behalf of the client.
Sign authorizations/consents/releases on behalf of the client.
Ensure applications and recertifications for benefits are completed and processed for the clients.
Attend meetings with clients and providers to review support needs.
Maintain communication with clients and service providers via phone, email and virtual meetings.
General Office Duties.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in working with elderly, disabled and/or vulnerable individuals preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications, general office duties.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Communication skills, Logical Thinking and Adaptability.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
