Job Title: Project Manager - Plumbing & Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily project operations, ensuring clear communication and responsibility among team members and stakeholders.
Administer the review and processing of submittal data and shop drawings to meet project schedules and material delivery timelines.
Conduct Pre-Construction Start-Up Meetings with the Project Manager, Field Staff, and Operations Director.
Maintain accurate and updated “as-built” drawings reflecting all project changes, clarifications, and directives.
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, and close-out documents, ensuring timely distribution and compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation.
Strong teamwork orientation and effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CAD software.
PMP Certification.
