Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client and Operations Associate to join the Barron Financial Group team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients while supporting both operational and client service functions. You will collaborate closely with the Barron team to ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the firm’s growth and to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced financial advisory office.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Provide exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensure a positive and professional experience for every client interaction.

Operational Support: Assist in the smooth running of office operations, including document management, data entry, compliance reporting and coordination of financial reports and statements. Support the team in handling client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Client Onboarding: Support the client onboarding process, including gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with clients to ensure the completion of required forms, application preparation and assisting in the preparation of client portfolios.

Appointment Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars for financial advisors, scheduling meetings with clients, and ensuring all appointments are confirmed and properly coordinated.

Financial Planning Assistance: Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations for clients, working closely with financial advisors to ensure all documents are completed accurately and on time.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general office tasks, including managing phone calls, filing, and ensuring all client information is updated and maintained in the company’s CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of high-quality client service.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience in a financial services, client service, or administrative role is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software tools.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
