VP of Operations

Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a VP of Operations to lead the professional and support teams.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $150,000 per year, based on your experience. Plus, additional enjoy excellent benefits package. You will work Monday – Friday, daytime hours.

Some of your responsibilities as VP of Operations include delivering a world-class experience for customers and partners through outstanding service delivery, operational excellence and technical experience, as well as:

Driving continuous improvement

Building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers and partners

Leading a high-performing team

Creating and managing budgets

Serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and customers

Overseeing multiple facets of product projects

Driving organizational change

Supporting the sales team

Partnering with sales on strategic client engagements

Adhering to project timelines and budgets

Ensuring scalability and readiness for growth

Developing and implementing a strategic vision

Creating and overseeing training programs

Providing senior-level technical guidance

Fostering culture of excellence and accountability

Monitoring the financial performance of professional services and support functions

Managing third-party vendors

Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of technical and operational professionals

Performing other duties as assigned

To qualify for the VP of Operations, you must have 10+ years of experience, you will also be expected to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technical operations, customer support or professional services preferred

Expertise in MiVB/MICC or comparable voice communication platforms strongly preferred

Proven success leading large, diverse teams in fast-paced, technology driven environments

Exceptional communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets

Excellent decision-making skills

Excellent analytical skills
