Firearms Merchandise Associate

Join a leader in the shooting sports industry! Silver Eagle Group has a specialized firearms training and retail center conveniently located in Ashburn, VA. We have an immediate need for part-time Merchandise Associates.

The successful candidate must be outgoing and friendly, with a strong dedication to provide exceptional customer service.

The Merchandise Associate is responsible for promotion and sales of SEG memberships as well as assisting customers with rental equipment and the sale of all retail merchandise.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Maintain a neat and clean retail area

Be knowledgeable and proficient on the point of sale systems

Be knowledgeable and proficient with firearms

Open and close the cash register daily

Assist with inventory audits

Maintain a safe, comfortable and secure environment for our customers

Restock inventory

Assist customers with their retail purchases

Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relations

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

High School graduate

A previous record of integrity, honesty and dependability

Firearms knowledge required

Retail experience preferred

Demonstrated customer service experience

Available Hours

We are open 7 days a week, including holidays. Evening and weekend shifts are required.Company Description
