Highly Experienced Rockstar Sr. Loan Officer you have found your home!

We are a National Private Money / Hard Money Lender that averages over 150 new loans submitted monthly and we need a highly experienced in house Sr. Loan Officer to handle the incoming volume. These are all incoming loans, no cold calling needed. We specialize in providing Non Owner Occupied loans to real estate investors and developers for the purchase and/or refinance of investment properties and development projects. Loans are provided for all asset types including SFR, Multifamily, new construction and most commercial asset types, with loan amounts ranging from $75,000 to $100,000,000. Average monthly intake is approx. 125 loans at roughly $50,000,000 of monthly volume. We need help from the best to handle this volume!

Basic job description:

Process client loan applications and documentation. Compare client profile to program guidelines to identify if they qualify for the loan product of interest. Qualify initial deal and project scope to ensure ability to fund. Understand Hedge Fund note purchase guidelines as part of prepping loan for submission into Processing. Duties will also include answering phones and qualifying loan scenarios in real time in a pleasant and professional manner. Preferable knowledge of Private Lending / Hard Money lending industry, and standard LOS or other applicable loan origination software.

- Extensive attention to detail

- Ability identifying inaccuracies in borrower documentation

- Exceptional skills in learning program guidelines and selling loan products

- Ability to multi-task and function in a high pace environment

- Ability to resolve simple issues with little oversight

- Can perform with little or no supervision

- Ability to manage high volume phone calls efficiently

- Ability to manage an extensive list of clients and book of business

- Has strong verbal and typing skills

- Has good telephone etiquette and communication skills

Requirements:

- Min 5 years of loan intake or loan origination experience

- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
