Job Title: Lead Graphic Installer & Installation Manager

Position Summary:

Freedom Outfitting is seeking a skilled and driven Lead Graphic Installer and Installation Manager to oversee vehicle wrap and graphic installations across a variety of projects. This role combines hands-on installation with leadership, scheduling, and quality control responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, advanced installation skills, and proven experience leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Management

Oversee all aspects of the installation process, from vehicle prep to final quality inspection.

Ensure high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship are met on every project.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and mentor a team of graphic installers.

Provide clear direction and support to promote efficiency and excellence in execution.

Scheduling & Coordination

Manage the daily and weekly installation schedule.

Allocate projects to installers and coordinate with internal departments to meet deadlines.

Quality Control

Conduct final inspections of all installations to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Vehicle Preparation

Clean and prep vehicles or surfaces for wrapping, including measuring, taping, and surface inspection.

Graphic Installation

Apply vinyl wraps, decals, and custom graphics to a variety of vehicles and surfaces using industry-standard techniques and tools.

Material & Workspace Management

Track and manage inventory of vinyl and installation supplies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Client & Internal Communication

Liaise with clients, sales staff, and designers to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met.

Provide feedback and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

On-Site & Off-Site Installations

Perform and supervise installations at the shop and customer locations, ensuring consistency and professionalism regardless of setting.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of vinyl wrapping and installation tools, materials, and processes.

Leadership: Strong team management and training skills; ability to motivate and lead by example.

Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.

Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving installation challenges.

Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring, aligning, and finishing installations to ensure premium quality.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and occasionally use ladders.

Preferred Experience:

3+ years in vehicle wrap or graphic installation

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role

Familiarity with large-format printing processes and materials

Lead Graphic Installer / Manager – Oversees operations and manages the team.

Vehicle Wrap Installer – Specializes in wrapping vehicles with vinyl.

Graphic Installer – Applies decals, signage, and non-vehicle graphics.
