️ What You’ll Do:
Deliver top-notch phone support with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues using our knowledge base & tools
Handle tickets, track incidents, and escalate when needed
Work in a dynamic 24/7/365 environment, including nights & weekends
Build trust with users by ensuring timely updates and resolution
Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical problems independently
What You Bring:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
2–5 years of technical support or IT service experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot quickly and effectively
Self-motivated, organized, and cool under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
